1. Nature of Services Provided
CVFinch AI ("the Service") provides high-velocity cloud-native AI software tools, including deterministic ATS resume tailoring, cover letter generators, mock interview telemetry, and browser application extensions.
In accordance with State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) Payment Service Provider guidelines and Avanza Premier Payment Services (APPS PayFast) Merchant Agreement Clause 5.2.e, this policy establishes the terms governing order fulfillment and delivery.
2. Delivery Method & Timelines (Instant Access)
Electronic Delivery: All purchases made on CVFinch AI are delivered electronically over the internet. We do not dispatch tangible physical parcels or paper documents through post or courier.
- Fulfillment Speed: Access to paid tools, premium templates, and unlimited AI runs is granted instantaneously (within 0–5 seconds) upon receipt of successful payment authorization from PayFast.
- Proof of Electronic Delivery: As per PayFast Agreement Clause 3.4 & 3.5, electronic proof of delivery is logged via our session state, database grant records, and the automated transaction voucher dispatched to your customer email.
3. Customs, Shipping Charges & Taxes
Because no physical merchandise is dispatched across international borders:
- There are zero shipping fees, handling charges, or postal rates.
- There are no customs duties, import tariffs, or courier clearance surcharges.
- All prices displayed are final for the digital access specified.
4. Troubleshooting Delivery Discrepancies
If your bank account was debited but your cloud credits did not activate within 60 seconds (for example, due to an intermittent internet disconnection or delayed bank webhook):
- Refresh your browser tab or log back in using your registered email address.
- If access is still pending, forward your bank SMS or PayFast receipt to support@cvfinch.com.
- Our support desk will manually verify the payment ledger and activate your pass within 4 hours.
